How long is your production days?

We do our best to complete your orders within 7-15 business days.

Can I edit or cancel my order once it is placed?

No. All orders are final once placed. No refunds are allowed as well.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes. Please send us an email so we can send you the guidelines for custom orders.

I have concerns/problems with my order.

Please send us an email within 24 hours upon receiving the items about your concern, don’t forget to attach the photos as well. Do note, however, that due to monitor variations, actual colors of the stickers may vary. All our stickers are made in-house as well, so minor imperfections may exist.

What is your partner courier?

For local orders, we ship thru Ninjavan.

For international orders, we ship directly through PHLPOST or MyKartero

How much is your shipping fee?

For local orders within Metro Manila, shipping fee is Php 80.

For local orders outside Metro Manila, shipping fee ranges from Php 120 to Php 180.

For international orders, shipping fee ranges from $7 to $15 depending on the weight of your order.

Where is your shop located?

All mails came all the way from the Philippines.

Are custom fees and/or taxes already included in the shipping fee?

No. Custom fees and/or taxes vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for additional fees that may be incurred when the package arrives in your country.

How can I track my orders?

For local orders, you can track it here.

For international orders, you can track it here.

Tracking information usually appear on the website within 2-5 days after shipment. Most of the time, shipping agencies notify the receiver on the day the items will be delivered via SMS. Please make sure that someone (authorized) will be present to receive or claim the package at the address provided to avoid inconvenience and further delays. 

How long will it take before my orders arrive?

For local orders, transit days usually take about 1-2 days for Metro Manila deliveries and 3-5 days for provincial deliveries.

For international orders, it will take about 4-8 weeks.

Please note that the transit days will begin upon pick-up of your order/s after processing period. If the above schedule lapses and you still haven’t received your orders, please send us an email so we could assist you further.

Can I change my shipping address? Or I typed in the wrong address. What should I do?

You can notify us through email within 24 hours so we can take note of your concern. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we will not be responsible for orders with wrong addresses. In case the package will be returned to us, you have the option to have them re-shipped. Additional shipping fees apply. Kindly make sure that you double check your shipping details before placing your order. Note that there will be no refunds or cancellations allowed.

I think my order was lost in the mail. What should I do?

We are not in any way liable for any lost package/s. You accept this risk by placing an order with our shop.
